What we have done

Advocacy Group’s work resulted in:

• Two Joint Platforms, approved by all Advocacy Group members
• 4 public round tables (Zrenjanin, Kraljevo, Bor and Belgrade)
• 4 TV appearances on local TV stations (TV 5 Uzice, TV 5 Niz, TV Jedinstvo Novi Pazar i RTV Sabac)
• Meeting with the Deputy Minister of Education Bogoljubom Lazarevićem, and his approval of the initiative
• Two press conferences (Novi Sad and Belgrade)
• Socio-Economic Council supported establishment of the inter-sector body for harmonization of educational functions with the labor market needs, that is to become the Council for Harmonization of Education with the Labor Market Needs (National Council for Vocational Education) and will be the carrier of the whole process for the Governemnt of Serbia
